Challenge
The fictional organisation publishes stories, services and reports, but the current site treats them as separate piles of pages.
Approach
The sample structure gives each story a durable URL, a clear relationship to a service, and a page that can be edited without rebuilding the system.
Outcome
No traffic or conversion figures are included. This website’s own content model is the practical reference for how a future CMS could take over.
